This post is in partnership with Kennedy Space Center. I was provided tickets. All thoughts are my own.
Last weekend we had the incredible opportunity to experience Taste of Space: Fall Bites at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The entire experience was out-of-this-world, and I’m here to tell you all about it.

Taste of Space is a food festival that allows you to experience fun new foods and take your taste buds on a galactic adventure!
This year’s menu items include:
Space Bowl Bistro: Cranberry Smoothie
Milky Way: Apple Blossom with Caramel Sauce
Orbit Cafe: Citrus Jell-O with Lemon Foam, Black Forest Cupcake, Cheesy Potato Casserole with Bratwurst
Chat with an Astronaut: Beer Cheese Dip with Pretzel
Moon Rock Cafe: Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup with Bacon and Pretzel, Turkey Cranberry Brie Sandwich, Pumpkin Cheesecake
As I shared in my last post, Kennedy Space Center is about a one-hour drive from the Orlando area. We got up and left around 10:30 am so that we could arrive with hungry bellies at lunchtime.
Our first stop was the Orbit Cafe, where we tried the Cheesy Potato Casserole with Artisan Bratwurst and the Black Forest Cupcake. The Cheesy Potato Casserole was cheesy and delicious, and the Black Forest Cupcake was the perfect mix of chocolate and cherry. Two great dishes to kick off our culinary adventure!

After we left Orbit Cafe, we stopped by Journey to Mars. I love this pavilion so much, and we had to stop by during our visit.

Next up, we stopped by the new Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex. This pavilion is one of the COOLEST places you will ever visit, and it is home to another delicious snack that is a part of Taste of Space, the Cranberry Smoothie.
Now, I am a sucker for a smoothie, and I can tell you that this is one of the best smoothies I have ever had. This smoothie includes fresh cranberries, oranges, bananas, and agave, and it is GOOD. They make this smoothie fresh to order right in front of you, and now I am craving one.

After a few laps around the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to work up more of an appetite, we stopped for one more snack at Milky Way. This ice cream shop has all sorts of delectable treats, but we grabbed the Apple Blossom with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
This treat was AMAZING! The crust was crispy and flakey, the apple filling was warm and sweet, and the scoop of ice cream was the perfect addition. If you order one snack at Taste of Space, this should be it!

At this point, our bellies were full, and we were ready to head home. Although we didn’t get to check out everything on this visit, we will be back. Taste of Space is such a unique event at one of our favorite places to visit in Florida; thank you so much for inviting us, Kennedy Space Center!
If you’re looking for even more fun, check out the Taste of Space Celebrity Chef Event on November 4th! This event will include live celebrity chef demonstrations and tastings. For more information, click here.

Sending love and magic.
