Easter Basket Gift Guide

Easter is just around the corner and, before we know it, the Easter Bunny will be “hopping down the bunny trail”. As I was adding items to my cart for Brooklyn’s Easter Basket, I decided I should share my purchases. These are not affiliate links, just real things that I’m buying (and the best part is that everything is from Target).

1. Rope Easter Basket Bunny – What a fun spin on an Easter Basket! I love that this rope basket could be used year-round for storage and doubles as a precious gift from the Easter Bunny. This basket seems to be sold out almost everywhere, but I was able to order it for pickup from a local Target.

2. Chuckle & Roar Happy Easter Egg-Shaped Jigsaw Puzzle – Target’s new brand of toys, Chuckle & Roar, has become one of our favorites! We love their toys, and I was so excited when I found that they have an Egg-Shaped Easter Puzzle. Although this puzzle is 100 pieces and a little too “big” for Brooklyn, we will have fun doing it as a family.

3. Chuckle & Roar Pop It! Letters and Numbers – Another great toy from Chuckle & Roar; I am really excited about this one! This Pop It game can be played in so many different ways, and I foresee lots of use on car trips and airplanes.

4. Mini Exstream Bubble Gun Green – I don’t know about you, but in our home, we love bubbles. Brooklyn loves running in the backyard with bubbles, and this bubble gun will make play time easier for both of us.

5. Bunny Ears Headband Wearable Party Accessory – I had to add these Bunny Ears to Brooklyn’s basket! If your child doesn’t like flowers, Target also has Bunny Ear options without flowers which could be perfect for any kid.

6. “The Easter Egg Is Missing!” & “The Great Eggscape” – I always add books to Brooklyn’s Easter Basket, and I thought these books were two great options. Target has a huge selection of Easter books, from board books to chapter books.

7. Sidewalk Chalk 60pc – Target has many options for sidewalk chalk (this Egg-Shaped Chalk is pretty cute); I opted for the 60 piece chalk set that can last us a while!

8. Plush Yellow Labrador with Bunny Ears – If you know my daughter, you know she is obsessed with puppies. I decided that instead of a stuffed bunny, I would get her this cute stuffed Lab wearing bunny ears this year. I think this might be her favorite thing!

9. Bunny Pink Ears Sugar Cookie – This cute cookie is the perfect treat for an Easter basket! Although we love chocolate bunnies and cream-filled eggs in our home, I feel like this cookie will be a big hit. This cookie could also make a great springtime snack.

Five Friday Favorites – shopDisney Holiday Merchandise and SALE

Okay, this Santa hat is the cutest thing around! I am ordering one to not only wear but to use as decoration! I looked for a tree topper for my daughter’s Disney Christmas tree, and I think this hat would perfect as a tree topper. I also really love the plaid detail; it adds a little something. It’s an excellent option for those who want to feel festive but don’t want to wear Mickey Ears.

Santa Mickey Mouse and Friends Holiday Spirit Jersey

I know, I know. Spirit Jerseys. You either love them or hate them; I happen to love them! I think they are the best thing to cuddle up in or throw on with leggings when it’s cold outside. I also happen to love this Mickey Mouse and Friends Holiday Spirit Jersey, and I think it would be perfect to wear on Christmas Day.

Santa Mickey Mouse Holiday Socks

Speaking of cuddling up, these socks are PERFECT for getting cozy! I also think they would make a great stocking stuffer (I mean, who doesn’t need more socks). They also have these socks with Minnie Mouse, but I personally love the Mickey Mouse version.

Personalizable Santa Mickey and Minnie Mouse ”Merry & Bright” Leather Luggage Tag

These are new and SO CUTE! I know that so many of us didn’t travel the way we wanted to in 2020, but hopefully, we will 2021. I think this such a great gift idea (and there are so many different options to choose from on the shopDisney website!).

Mickey & Mouse Gingerbread Scented Plush

Run, don’t walk, to grab these! These Gingerbread Plush Mickey and Minnie dolls have been impossible to find (and selling on eBay for $$$$). They are so cute and smell like Gingerbread! I’ve already ordered mine, and I cannot wait to decorate my house with them.

I don’t mean to “frighten you prematurely,” but Halloween will be here before you know it! Yes, it’s only August, I wanted to share my five favorite Halloween items that you can find on shopDisney.com.

Mickey Mouse Halloween Candy Bowl

This Mickey Mouse Candy Bowl would be perfect for passing out candy or just as a decoration around your house. I love that this bowl is relatively large, and it says “trick or treat” on the back of it—the perfect piece of Halloween decor.

Mickey Mouse Halloween PJ PALS for Girls

I know I linked the girl’s pajamas, but shopDisney.com actually sells these precious Halloween pajamas for the entire family! (Spoiler alert, I ordered them). Disney’s pajamas are always excellent quality, and I think these are the perfect pj’s to throw on after a night of trick-or-treating.

Minnie Mouse Halloween Mug with Lid

I am an avid Disney coffee mug collector, and of course, I had to add this one to my collection! In all honesty, this might be one of my favorite mugs that Disney has ever made. This Minnie Mouse Mug is the only mug that you should use to drink pumpkin spiced lattes this fall.

Minnie Mouse Halloween Witch Sequined Ear Headband

Who doesn’t need a pair of Halloween Minnie Ears? These are just the cutest with the witch’s hat and purple bow. Even if you aren’t visiting the parks this fall, these ears would be perfect for any Halloween outing (or just wearing them around the house).

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Halloween Countdown Calendar

When Disney first launched its Halloween Merchandise online, I couldn’t find this calendar. Thinking that you would only be able to get this countdown from the parks had me a little upset, but, alas the countdown calendar is on shopDisney.com now! There is no cuter way to countdown the days until Halloween.

Should I be online shopping right now? Probably not. But honestly, ever since the Disney Parks closed, I’ve been slightly obsessed with shopDisney.com. I love looking at all the fun Disney Parks merchandise that I can order to help make my regular day to day just a little more magical. Here are five of my favorite things currently on shopDisney.

Red Minnie Mouse Sequin Ears – These ears are so cute and classic! I’ve been eyeing them for quite awhile and I feel like they would compliment almost any Disney outfit. I love the solid colored, sequin ears and you simply can’t go wrong with red.

Mickey Mouse Faces Wallet by Loungefly – Am I the only person who has just recently become obsessed with Loungefly? I feel like I’m a little late to the game. For my last giveaway on Instagram, I gave away the cutest Loungefly Mickey Mouse backpack. I’m thinking I might need to do a giveaway with this wallet next! I’m such a fan of Classic Mickey and Minnie and this wallet is the cutest.

Mickey Mouse Silhouette Cheese Board – I LOVE this Mickey Mouse Cheese Board! All I think of when I see it is a Disney Charcuterie Board. I mean, who doesn’t love a good charcuterie board? I also think this board would look cute resting against the backsplash in a kitchen, an easy way to add a “hidden Mickey” to your house.

Sea Marine & Sea Salt Vacation Essentials by H2O+ – Disney Cruise Line – If you’ve ever been on a Disney Cruise then you KNOW how good these products smell! All of the H2O Products that Disney has are amazing, but the Disney Sea Marine and Sea Salt are my favorite. This is such a fun way to make you feel like you’re on vacation at home.

Mickey Mouse Denim Jacket for Adults – THIS JACKET. I have been looking at this jacket for months and I think I’m going to have to add it to my next shopDisney order. Everything about this jacket is perfect and would be so fun for pictures on your next Disney trip!
